The Process
pH-neutral pre-wash and contact-minimising hand wash.
Iron fallout, tar and bonded contaminants chemically removed.
Depth readings and defect mapping under LED inspection lighting.
Compounding and refining stages to level defects out of the clear coat.
Polishing oils stripped so the coating bonds directly to the paint.
Applied and levelled by hand, panel by panel.
Left overnight in our clean, dry studio so the coating cross-links before the car leaves.
Signed off under multiple light sources. Nothing leaves unchecked.
