New does not mean flawless. We inspect transport marks, dealer wash swirls and defects before anything else.

Does my car have to be brand new?
New Car Protection is designed for vehicles with fewer than 1,000 miles. If the car has more mileage or visible defects, we will usually recommend a correction-focused package instead.
Should I wash the car before I bring it?
No — we recommend not washing it beforehand. This lets us assess and preserve the finish correctly without adding fresh wash marks.
My car is brand new — does it need correcting?
Usually yes, lightly. Most new cars arrive with wash marring from transport and dealer preparation.
How soon after delivery should I book?
As soon as you can. Protecting the paint before it collects road contamination gives the best long-term result.
